1)if there is a slight contradiction in the name be a problem i.e in the PAN CARD it is SHERLEY ABRAHAM and in VOTERS ID it is SHERLY ABRAHAM ( an E is missing in one so does it matter) will this become an hindrance in opening account?

2) and what should i do to open a margin trading account with ILFS?

sorry for troubling you with so many doubts but u see this is the first time i am venturing into this field and hence i am a bit confused over many things in stocks and shares:thumb:

1. Shouldn't be a problem, but the forms all have to be filled the way your name appears on the PAN card

2. Opening a margin funding account can be arranged... A set of extra documents and few additional requirements... We can get someone from ILFS to call you and let you know the details..

SBI, like a very typical PSU company is taking its own sweet time to do the needful... But Nikhil, I'd say , if you have already opened the account, you could use the NEFT transfer... Takes 3 hours to show up, but once it is in , completely seamless after that...

Ok. I m having a trading ac but yet to send my demat form after printing. Shall i enclose a cheque for rs 200 or 300 n in whose favour. Secondly if i have shares worth 5 lac in demat ac will i get any limit on that for f & o

Cheque for Rs 200 in favor of Zerodha, yes you will get limit based on the stocks thay you have in demat, every stock has a different haircut percentage...

You guys seriously need to introduce trading in commodities. I know there is this spat b/w NSE and MCX, but is it possible to introduce commodity trading in MCX on another platform (ODIN) while NOW runs purely for equities?...Just thinking out loud!

I just downloaded NSE Now but have not received my login yet. I have read about NSE Tame earlier in this thread, can i get more information on it ? is it a part of NSE Now ?

Hi Visualize,

The NSE TAME is not a part of the NSE Now software but you can access it online on www.now-online.com.

Its a chartin software from NSE.
