I installed NOW. When I click on it to open it says, "NOW Initialization failed for Interactive Engine", and doesn't open.
Anyone face this ? This is the first time I trying to use NOW.

Hi Sam,

NOW exe would need atleast 256kbps speed to work on. What you need to do is uninstall NOW , turnoff all the firewalls and reinstall NOW exe. Keep all your firewalls off while using NOW software...

One problem in now!
After trade, if I logout and the login even during trading period, order and trade books does not show trades of same day of previous login. Any solutions?
Hi,

If for any chance you are not able to see trade or order book on the same day, you need to reconcile the reports and it will show up, this can happen when you logout and login.. This is how you do it :

ctrl + P takes you to order preferences
In this window click on General
In general you can see reconcile, click on the same and it will get all the order and trade book....

I am behind a firewall. That might be the issue. Will try it later without firewall.

Even I am facing this issue, not able to login to backoffice.. although the site is up, but when i press the login button (after entering the username and password) and nothing happens..

Are we still having backoffice issues? I'm unable to login at all!

The site is up though but doesn't proceed after I enter my backoffice username & password.

I know how that feels.....
Have been winking at my neighbours wife for the last 2 weeks now, and nothing happens :D
 
Looks like some work is pending on the backoffice update. Lets try later after market hours. One can always see the available funds in NSE Now Browser/Exe limits from surveillance RMS limits.

Once the updates are done it should work as it should. Lets give them some more time.

My neighbours wife has a big and strong punjabi as her husband... So don't venture out into doing anything adventurous.... ;) ...

Btw, the backoffice should be up by late evening...
