Envelopes Indicator is not working in GCI sir. What is the alternative?

Bollinger Band with 17 SMA and 1.5% deviation working in GCI. Are both this

and 17 SMA with +1.5 / -1.5 the same?

I think that per this system, the current position should be long @5385 (10:30 bar close) with SL(no SAR) @5340. SH, can you confirm?
