Why these things happens with me?

Earlier it was IIFL, now RKG...... wonder what's next.

After trying out 9 brokers last weekend I thought that I would finally settle down with Achiievers and RKG. Because these 2 brokers suit me the best to my requirements.

Called up the compliance officer today morning. He rectified the problem within 5 minutes
But one thing, He is refusing to provide me a fresh contract note. Should I insist him to do so? Though the ledger is corrected, but I still think that a fresh ECN will be better.

The backoffice trade report is corrected. Will this be enough or I should demand a correct ECN ?

Please suggest me guys what should I do. And thanks to all of you for your continued support. Thank you so much

I think you should ask for fresh ECN. Mail it so that there's a record in writing.

Just noticed that RKG is charging for payin. It is Rs. 6 + S.tax

They told that it would be free. But no issue, Rs. 6 is negligible.

I just send 2-3 emails pointing the error in the ECNs and they send me revised ECNs after rectifying the error (so called) in 2-3 days perhaps.

However, they did not reply to my emails, that why such errors were there in the ECNs.

Don't know about a1b1. But I have been charged more than 27x :annoyed:

In my case it was 500-750x, that why it was noticed by me, otherwise it would have escaped unnoticed.

Hey ST, it seems you didnt try to solve the puzzle, I gave you in my reply.


Edit: I may clarify that this did not happen with RKG but someone else.
