1. Which version of utility are you using? Give complete name.
2. Are you getting live charts in AmiBroker?
3. What is your system date setting? It should be dd/mm/yyyy
4. Can you see the file MyCSV.csv or Backfil.csv in the folder C:\RT

Hi limbadri when I ment error, What I wanted you to do was check all as per the prevous thread,

like is the computer system date time setting is as per what Josh has asked.

If so then check backfill.csv file is present in RT folder.

If yes open it with note pad , check if it contains data.

look at the columns it should be someting like this

NIFTY12JUNFUT,22/6/2012,09:15:00:,5110.1,5132.3,5110,5128.5,444000


if the date is not split but the combined date and time in one column and same repeated in next column, then it is error.

when you paste the data from nest data table in thebackfill.xlms then the column containing datetime should be right aligned , if not it is error.

also the columns in the nest data table should be same as in the nest3. format file or which ever version you are using, if not it is error and you have to set the columns in nest data table accordingly,
do check for all these and revert back

Open High low close is same for each minute. Nest does not give data like that.
Where did you get it? Do backfill again and check.

i did the backfull 3 times today when my sys truned off due to power cut. after backfill i am getting today's data ok but yesterday's data is same as i shown in the above pic.

actually this happens due to unrealistic data from Nest Pulse. the data is not 100 % correct.

Dear josh,
I must thank you in the first place for the wonderful effort you have made. Im facing some issue here plz help me with it. Im successfully done with my first part,
I can fetch data from NEST to the excel sheet & it updates perfectly fine.
Folder RT is created and it has mycsv.txt in it.
When i click on start RT data, ami opens up, but blank and no symbols in it. It gives me an error: formula file not found or empty- no chart to display.
may be Im not doing the data base settings path right!
My ami is in crog\ami should i create a new data base there? or some where else? what should i do with C:RT? please guide me.
I used the excel file RT3 (the updated one). Thanks.
