snapshot here as i removed H and added C path insted,, but i think its not allowed by moderator ...

The facility is "Snap to Excel". What is TT Advance? Demo here is of Trade Tiger 2.1.0.0 as of 27/06/2011. If TT Advance is later version, it will have it.

actually i made a mistake - here TT Advance is TRader Terminal Advance from IIFL and not Trade Tiger of ShareKhan. sorry for that

this is the right procedure till 2 version (NSE-NOW-RT2). but in Rt3/RT3G u dont have to open ami after NOW as RT3 can open ami on its own.

the stoppage may occurs due to stoppage in NOW itself. if this occurs RT will stop whicg in turn will not generate no new candle.
