Not sure why people thinking start with Hitler and end to Hitler. History beyond that also.

History has a jinx , it repeats itself in striking similarities. Just as traders , we trade what we see and not what we think , human brain has a tendency to relate to similarities. You can name it as patterns.

Nationalism was the core idea behind blind following of Hitler and he reaching the epitome of the savior of Nationalism in Germany.

PS: Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely. We as citizens should remember this by heart before falling for Nationalism as the only idea of progress.

I think that the hype over the air strike is media made and won't have much impact on the elections at the ground level. It makes a good headline.

What will tilt the balance in favor of NDA is, in my opinion, inflation control. This is not an election gimmick, it is something consistent over their whole term, and it is something about which there really aren't 2 opinions. It touches every citizen in the same way.

As far as the strikes are concerned much more important than casualty number is that a 'new normal' has been created, that is if they hurt us, they will pay. That 'strategic restraint' of UPA is junked.

It looks like that you want to say, if it is in the hand of NDA/Modi ji and not if in hands of INC/SP/BSP/TMC/TDP/DMK/Vijayan/communists/UrbanNaxals. You mentioned nationalism, will you please define - what is nationalism.

Have you read the History of Hitler (in depth) - not the one available on freaky websites and online resources ? You will be surprised to read and know the remarkably similar tactics being adopted by the current leadership what govt. of Hitler used to resort. Germany seemed to be on path of becoming world leader under Hitler but what exactly happened , the world knows.

But yes what the govt. is doing in reality, you will not come to know from Aaj Tak , India TV, News18 or Zee News , you will need to resort to RTI and other direct information resources of govt. decisions. Also try to stay away from influence of analysis by so called very popular news anchors. They are experts in tweaking information as per their employers' instructions.

Many instances what are happening in India are like copy book of pre-world war German politics. Don't get carried away by vision being shown, it might turn out to be seriously blurry.

CT bro, for us, our sources of information are websites and online resources (freaky or real, you knows or the uper wala god). Will you please provide us some factual/authentic readings on history of Hitler. (Please also provide a scale to judge, that the history provided by you, is infact fact and not freaky)

Scams happen, have always happened. The one fact that the UPA failed to emphasize was that both 2G and Coal scam went on since the 1980s and 90s, that the governments of various parties/coalitions were involved. A Raja and Kanimojhi were the scapegoats, the other big names escaped any serious scrutiny.

Almost every defense deal has been shrouded in controversy - Bofors, Sukhoi, Coffin scam, even Mig 21 in the early 60s.

No big politician from either side got hurt in them. That is a depressing fact.

At the risk of sounding unpatriotic, I would recommend voting for what you see and feel in your immediate environment, and give second priority to the headlines hogging things.
