Free data from NSENOW to AmiBroker via Excel

Thanks for the help, Indeed my ami database path is wrong, one clarification, ambibroker database refers to the RT file created by excel or the folder NOWRTdata? my location for NowRTdata is C:\Program Files (x86)\AmiBroker\NowRTdata wich is entered in the Nowbackfill excell sheet master sheet.

In the NSE-Now-RT2.1 excell sheet the path given was wrong, which path should i enter?

look my NOWRT2.1.XLM is in desktop, RT\MyCSV.xlm is in C: drive, but the main database i am accessing through amibroker (amibroker database path as described in the excel sheet NOWRT2.1 ) . it is under ami folder. you have to give the proper path direction of that database path. then you can get the data in ami efficiently.

I just install utility program and happy to say that it is working but a little problem occur when i run Back fill file I got an error report " Get data First " I can not understand what to do .... i post a screenshot

and one more thing I am not enable to change database path to C:\Program Files \AmiBroker\NowRTdata......

Give the same location that you have given in Nowbackfill. That is your database. Utility will automatically create "RT" folder under C:\ if it is not present. The "MyCSV.csv" file will be created in that folder automatically. That is just a comma separated text file used to import quotations in AmiBroker.

You have to copy-paste backfil data into that sheet. Please go through the readme file attached along with the utility. Entire procedure is given.

To change database, click on the Masters Sheet and change your database path there.

my ODIN does not support the open in Excel. so it is difficult to test data capturing from OIN to AMI. I use ODIN to backfill mainly

Thanks to all for the kind help, problem sorted out, however the backfill is still a problem, it gets backfilled, but this data does not referesh, I have tried merge symbol, still does not refresh, if i delete the symbol with no backfill data, streaming from excell to ambibroker happens ithout a hitch. one more issue, in ambibroker i am getting symobol name as the date ( the firstcolumn in excell is being read as a symbol in addtion to the trading symbol)
