You are using unlimited plan, aren't you ? So if you add Rs. 50 per day, the costs would go up ??

No. For CDS I am using RKG. I plan to switch over to VPS within few weeks.

If a resident Indian places orders from a foreign country, will it be accepted by the exchange? Does the exchange blocks resident Indians orders if it originates from a foreign IP address.

i guess nothing like that will happen if at all they try to block your ip address you can allways subscribe to VPN service and take the desired ip address you want anywhere in india
