most of the brokerage firms do not have any brokerage on liquidbees .....please ensure the same with your brokerage also.......

you guys are on the RIGHT track. It is just when the numbers grow, that you'd have to ensure customer receives the same 'wow' experience that we do now.

Few suggestions in this regard:
1. have someone high up in the authority follow @zerodha tweets. [hope u are on twitter]
2. have an escalation matrix. display the same on your website.
3. have online chat facility available.
4. have a ticket id issued to each of customer's unresolved query. beyond a certain time flag the ticket and pop it up in the senior management inbox.

No body trades in liquid bees ....its used as margin money...or in between buying of equities to keep away from cash..........so its a good idea to have no brokerage on this and most brokerages donot charge any brokerage on liquid bees

Our brokerage calculator including all costs for trading through us. You can get details upto the higher education cess that is charged...It is an excel sheet, so make sure you enable your macros to view them...All those who want it, please leave your email id's here or else send us a request to [email protected] should help you plan your trades much better..... Point noted...Will make sure that the guys taking decision at Zerodha hear about your concern.. You can't compare us to every other broker, we are a no frills broker. We are trying to run our business similar to say how an easy group does it, ...Other brokers are ready to give you something for free because they know the money will be made somewhere else... But will make sure to get someone to address your concern.....Cheers....

When has you started your company and how many customer you has till today. What is your target customer level which your companys now staff can handel. How do you planning to marketing your company as you are no frill broker. And what happen if you are not able to market your shelf and not get desire customer base, what will happen to your exiting customers then? I means what if Stop Loss in your business model is triggered, what happens to your customer then?

We started retail broking 5 months back and we have 1000 + accounts till date. The best part of our business is we don't open accounts just to meet our account opening targets like RM's with other brokers have. We open accounts for only clients who wish to trade.
