I am using TT Ver. 2.4 However this option was available to me in the older version as well.

Thanks...I reached till 'data listing' stage but still unable to save OI details in excel

Now you have to click on 'data listing', then click 'export data' and the file can be saved in .csv format, but opened in excel.

Did you do what was stated in post 214? You have to chose the column mentioned and only then export..... You are missing this step.
