I want to know who shorted the "THANKS" button and failed to cover. That person should be sent to auction.

Folks,

I can see many reasons already offered for 'Thanks' button.

Perhaps the reason could be that Super Moderator has disabled for reasons known to him.....

Instead of having an unending debate.... over 'Thanks' buttom... get on with life....it is not like discussions rely on the presence of 'Thanks'....

if you are using internet explorer, go to tools>internet options>delete cookies, clear history.

My take on as to why thanks button disappeared:

Tom&Jerry show is back in town!

And Mr. SG is right: Get on with your life.

However, I am wondering: Where is the discussion on this thread? It has become a endless series of foot-long News on this and that, and then the same news get quoted by jumping jacks with one-liners. Now it is more like a Graffitti Wall, on which anyone can piss his thoughts with a spray can.

It is no longer a Cafe that Mr. SG founded to have fruitful trading discussions, interspersed occassionally with wit. It is more like a mayhem that one sees in a Gurudwara kitchen during langar.

I suggest Mr. SG, you please take a long break!
Because there are far better things to do than decyphering this graffitti.

I can understand your frustration. There is not much real conversation. Mostly its about stock tips. Learning has become secondary...

Let us revitalize this thread and start talking and discussing trading strategies, study how major heavyweights move and how their movement influence other stocks, talk about movies, or anything interesting.

Need you to update your deployment so far & cash on hand...

Format required for me to transfer into excel is as follows:

DATE, Scrip Name, Quantity, Purchase Rate (Including all charges relating to the transaction) & Current Close Price (CMP)

Do not include your option trade...it is not necessary.
