though you get many buy triggers everyday thru your AFL....not all you suggest.....Could you please tell me what other indicator you use to filter these triggers before you suggest others..

Hi vijai,

It appears that you are running the AFL on all stocks in your database. This will result in a larger number of signals. Many stocks listed on the exchange will not be worth considering due to several reasons, such as infrequently traded, too small volumes etc. Therefore, I have selected a smaller number of stocks and put in a watchlist. I run the AFL on this watchlist and get fewer signals. The stocks in my watch list are selected such that these account for more than 85% of daily traded volume and total traded value on both BSE and NSE. This way we always invest in safe stocks and will not get stuck up with liquidity problems. The list which I use contains about 280 stocks and can be downloaded from this link
