yes it did ..
even i am using icharts ..start using their platinum charts(test only)...works on ms silverlight and is way better than intraday charts live

somewhere in this thread itself SH has mentioned that the 1st 30min candle is actually a 15min candle ..so candles in consideration i guess are :

its still not closed above 15 ema
its crossed two times but not closed above
we need your confirmation pls
