Sensex Heading Towards 13k?

#51
Market is headed towards south. I won't say is headed towards 13K but it can reach 13K or even less. Its not only indan market going down, entire globe is going down. In USA dow is expecte to reach 11K or even lower.

If this trend continues..... Bernake may cut rate by 75 basis point on March 18. Everything will run fine for couple of days. market will rally and for people / all experts on TV/forums bulls will be back. They will start saying market was oversold.

Comes April ...... Banks will start writing off Billions again and market will go down again. Hopefully moody's won't downgrade AMBAC . If they do then expect DOW to touch
10500 or lower. If moody's downgrade AMBAC then banks will have another 50 - 60 billions in write downs.

So for me Indian market BSE is headed towards 13K but I can't say that it will reach there/stop there/ go lower from there

Please justify your post with relevant data.
When the markets are falling no dasta or charts will hold good....

With Jai Corp being moving from 300 to 26000 and all retail investors buying the scrip at highs, the operator has no choice ....Markets sentiments are also helping...

So people who have trapped at higher levels...u have 2 options

1)Wait for 2 years
2)Just exit.....and wait for its subsidiary IPO's

Then can we take this as simply a random guess with no underlying data to support your analysis?
The question is not on the outcome (if there will be a rise or a fall), but what data supports your initial induction?

Indications of FALL:

1) every rise there is Selling...
2)Lows are lower than prevgios lows..
3)Highs are lower than previous highs..
4)Volume in F and O is hardly 30% of what it was when the sensex was at 20k....
5)minimal Retail particoation..

there are plenty of other parameters..

Yes... Like no rush near the bhelpuri stall outside the BSE :)

No people standing around the panwalla and discussing the markets near the BSE :)

No people drinking juices in the lane behind the BSE :) everyone is now on cutting chai :)
