Today I made 120 points.........in BNF..........my first profit...after six month.......in intraday...after two consecutive loss......I didn't post it here because.....it's pressure me.....and I can't concentrate.......I am expecting after lunch hour......market will fall again.......so 50% I am holding.......

English should be least of our worries for now rightly said.... and we need to learn the lessons from what the British did in the past surely, but more than that, focus on what worse the politicians are doing to our country right now.

Our politicians want to divide and rule basis religion, cast and other non essential issues. This will surely get them into power, but we are doing more harm to ourselves in the long run. All parties are guilty equally.

Case in the point - what's happening in UP. Another ruling party with hare brained scheme - to spend 1,000 crores to give mobile phones free to the poor (election gimmick) This is after 1 lac crore to give subsided food, and also free money (aadhar based money transfer)

Who will be paying the bills for all this and the effects of divide and rule?

True ....all our leaders who fought for indipendence if live today they surely shame themself for that act .....IMO if still british rule here then am sure its better than USA.....they only looted a part....but here our donkeys looting forever thinking there is no end and depositing looted money out side country...Then what's the diference between british & our donkeys?SURE They (British) are more than best from our idiots.....

Yeah, I stopped watching tv news because of politics in India, everywhere it has its impact. A tamil poet once said "If there is a shortage of food for one single man in the world, we should destroy the world."

One more thing is I am a history freak, I like to learn all types of ancient and medieval history theories. During Akbar's reign there was no place in his empire called as orphanage. Even Akbar's ancestors came from afganisthan to conquer India but look at their view, they brought us a new religion a new life.

But there were colonist countries, even english troops did not like themselves to conquer and destroy other nations, but their leader was interested in the loot. This greed is the cause of all evil. India is filled with greed now. Once there was a ruler in south india called Rajendra Chozhan, he was famous for his warrior spirit and general tactics. He conquered burma and sri lanka but did not loot those nations,

What is my final point?

Tlahuicole, you are right... Even I don't watch the news for more than 5 minutes.... Instead prefer to watch National Geographic, Discovery or Travel & Living.

News is so very negative.... and mostly about murder, rape, robbery, corruption... And what other news we have as election approaches.?

Well after six decades of independence, we do not have proper roads, or even in large city of the country there are 4-8 hours power cut each day! And there are villages that even now are in complete darkness! Instead of giving 'free' (most of which is looted in between) we are still being promised more goodies in each election. Do the politicians tell us that to provide for 'freebies' where they are going to get the money, and how much tax they will increase?

We are a nation that set up base in Antartica for exploration, send satellites into space, produce nuclear energy.... What a contradiction.

I hope next time during elections, we vote with conscience... for the most honest person, and not the most popular one.

Today markets corrected. What do traders think? Are there bears who think the upmove has gone too far, and will reverse from here?

Personally, I feel this can be considered as a correction or a consolidation after the upmove. The high of today will likely be crossed in a blow-out rally in the next few days - and only then it would be correct to take a short position.

My view is that markets do not go in one direction and make a V-turn, rather what is bought at the lows by the bulls, has to be distributed at the top. Today's negative closing may not be the end, while at the same time, one can't go positionally short here... It can be a bear trap.

Lets see how the events unfold...
