Raj, My Dad expired when I was 5 years old. We had a business which a few of Dad's partners cheated as my mother did not know what was happening. Never mind, though we went thru a difficult time, I was brought up by my mother who instilled virtues and always expected me to do what was right. She said - Dad before he died - told my Mum only this - to ensure that his children learnt the right values. The simple words have remained a guide for me thru life. Even today, if I visit my town, we get respect - because of who my father was.

It is only unfortunate, that I did not get to know this great man, who so many look upto.

without morals nobody success in life............I believe if you are not honest, your TA/FA and your method will not work.......because your luck will not favor you......sorry its bitter but true...............Some members thinking, this thread going out of track.......may be general chi-chat........actually it's required for success..even I am posting jokes also.......I am posting it here because........I don't want to bore.....and teaching must be in simple way......I never use complicated method.......If you follow complicated method,strict in school......next day student will not come in your school..........Jai ho!!!!:thumb:

My father was primary school..teacher.......he is my idol......after his retirement.....He called me........and sad.....two things......"Son...always be honest.......success will sure touch your leg"....again he sad..always think......"Man is mortal but their deeds are immortal''.......

Hem Bro,

This is one STOP AND REVERSE swing trading strategy to capture large moves - can be used for index scripts (Nifty and Bank Nifty) or for F&O Scripts with heavy volume - as they are less likely to be manipulated.

Buy if close (or at closing) price is above the previous candle high and Sell if close (or at closing) price is below previous candle low.

If one want's to limit exposure - one can buy ATM Call/Put. Personally, I don't sell or recommend selling Call/Put - inspite of time decay so as to avoid larger exposure risk vis a vis premium received.

Thanks DSM bhai for the strategy, I was eagerly waiting for your posts on swing trading as Hembhai.. Could you please explain it in little more detail?

1. Are you referring daily or hourly timeframe/closing price?
2. If it is daily timeframe then one should buy if closing price at around 3.15 pm is above previous day close and vice versa for sell.. Is my understanding correct?
3. As this is SAR there will not be any stop loss, one just have to reverse the position as per above logic
4. I am not sure if you have done any back testing just to understand success rate..I would certainly like to do paper trading for some months.
