Well, very glad to know this. Brokers are intermediaries and should remain that. Not try to become "interfeary". Both speculation and volatility are intrinsic, legitimate and important part of market. No broker or fatherly figure should decide what is good for their clients. Those who put protective measures, it is mostly to save their own ass as they do Not have full confidence in their RMS etc.
Think about those small clients of zerodha who are bearish and can see the market nose diving but cannot trade due to some illogical precautionary measures. Worse they don't change their decision, listen to no wishes or sense.
