Rather self-explanatory in nature.

Example showing Short (left) and Buy (right) and different levels (25,50,75 and
100% )are shown.

Average day with couple full targets and couple of half targets.

1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is,bb(s,20,2).

2.Use ema-2HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the band,of the other colour.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1).

There some other opportunities which I deliberately omitted because it looks
more like a EOD recommendations of a brokerage house for propaganda.

Generally the midline (SMA-20) makes the band into 2 equal halves.
But today it was closer to Lower Band and the Candles were seen in
top band after 1300 hrs.

I have deleted BB(20,1) since ATR < 80points and to maintain simplicity,
otherwise another sell at 1415hrs can be spotted.

NIce work Columbus.

A few doubts.

1. the body = candles between ema -2 high and ema-2 low. Right ?

2..if yes , Entry as per the rules is made when the body comes out and re enters. NOW .. i have been seeing this since yesterday , u get a green candle which moves up to make the body go outside the upperBB , the next candle is a RED one which makes the body go back inside the BB .. and one would take a short entry on this ... only to find ...very slowly the Candle turning into a green one and then find that the entry was flawed.

3. So where's the mistake in entry / understanding .

Do clarify :)

Hi Hills,
Thank you.A software will succeed if it is thoroughly tested.

1.YES

3.The problem is with EMOTIONAL trades. That is why I recommend
BLANK candles (no colour) or No candles.
No candles -----> Choose BAR graph and BAR colour as Black.

2.It does happen sometimes. In the below example we made an EXIT
prematurely at "A".It went to "B" thereby losing 30 points. On a day like
this it is OK.Simply believe in your software.

Here you will find example of NO CANDLES.

What is ema high & low
Candles are known as OHLC candles.(Open-High-Low-Close)
There is unique value for each level.Generally the default is
CLOSE.10-ema means Exponential Moving Average of last 10
CLOSEs.However in some special cases we use HIGH or LOW
instead of CLOSE.I hope this clarify your doubt.
