I think combining stochastic and BW gives much better results. STS to confirm the signals from BW as per STda's rules. Extreme bearish/bullish scenarios gives lots of whipsaws otherwise. Any other suggestions?

1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(s,20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the band,of the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidence in normal case also.

Hi crsader,

You are correct.Combining 2 indicators or same indicator but in 2 time frames
often give good results.

Actually stochastics is a healthy indicator to consider. Today the 1400 hrs buy signal was confirmed on both 5 min and 3 min time frames, but the stochastics had not come out of the OS zone. When the other buy signal was seen at 1430 hrs, the stochastics were barely out of OS zone, having spent more than 5 bars there. But the 1430 signal turned out to be a truer one.
