hi I tried calling you today but both ur cust. care no. 999013... went on waiting so how are we suppose to call if we have any issue or need help during market hrs ??

plus why are you using cell phone as cust. nos why not proper permanent no. ????
Hi Akash,

We make it a point to tell everyone that the mobile numbers are used by the sales team and hence might be busy... We also tell every client to use our landline number which has enough lines to manage a lot more people...
But sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused... You could leave your number on our email and someone will call you back immediately... Cheers...

Hi Zerodha,

The problem is not about getting the call-back from Zerodha. Its about call-n-trade. Suppose i want to exit my position @ some level, it can be done only when i am able to talk to you at that moment. If i leave my number and by the time when u callback, the trading level should have been gone. And who knows, the customer could have been in huge loss since he failed to exit at the moment. So better to avoid such kind of situation with some solution.
No offense. I am just trying to give my ideas in enhancing the service.

Because if it is important trade, the cust will ofcourse try to sit infront of terminal. But incase, he cannot do that, he is coming through call-n-trade for help. so it should be attended without much delay is my idea.

Thanks,

All our clients would have already received the number where they have to call n trade... Definitely, when you call to trade you don't have to wait.... We are definitely not trying to say that in case you want to exit your trades to leave your phone number and we would call back.... We ask you to leave your phone numbers or queries on our email because it is much easier to answer and document it there....The call n trade has multiple lines and would not be busy... Cheers...

whats wrong with you have you taken your medicine  ?? if i need to place in call in trade or I need some clarification before trading or if I have some kind of failure at my end ( I do have backup anyways thats not the point) I will be calling in there call in trade no. only.... more than 1 hr on trying those no. still it went in waiting......

anyways I am guessing they have sudden inflow of too many clients which they did not account for lets see if they can handle them...
Nah..i really dont need the meds to kick in to deal with juvies like you...maybe you ought to analyse what you have mentioned earlier -

"..I tried calling you today but both ur cust. care no. 999013... went on waiting so how are we suppose to call if we have any issue or need help during market hrs ??...."

On the zerodha website it is clearly mentioned -

Call & Trade - 99001....{2 numbers}

Customer Care - 080 - 4130....

Now as i recall you were ranting about not being able to reach them on their customer care number which u mention as 99001....

So its not me who needs the meds my friend..its you who needs a pair of glasses and something to wake you up...may i suggest black coffee?

I was writing about the call in trade only read the post properly where I have mentioned the concerns if one calls on those call in trade numbers.

I didn't realize that they have seprate no. for CC care which has nothing to do with call in trade.

....that doesn't not change the fact of the problems with the call in trade no.s and if anyone would have any kind of problem they might have a hard time getting their position taken care off as there are only 2 no.s and go on waiting......waiting...lol

apart from that they look promising lets see if they can cont. to hold large base of clients... :D

LOL....Any trader worth his salt makes profit and losses..the trick is to maximise profits and minimise losses...and judging by the total immaturity you display on here looks like you are one heck of a loser!..My profits or losses are none of your business or concern...LOL...learn to navigate through a website properly first before you trade...do you know that there is something called a trading terminal?..yes..wonder of wonders..it does exist!..bet even that is too advanced for your puny li'l mind...congratulations on being awarded the "Biggest Jellyfish Of the 21st century":clapping:
