As regards my being rude to newcomers, I think you better take a look at my posts in the last 1 year or so......

You will find I have allways provided information for the new boarders in the thread

" Ratan Jain's resources "

Also, whereever there have been tipsters I have tried to expose them for the new boarder....

So I think you better take a look at my previous posts

It is people like you with 3 and 5 posts whom I have tried to protect from tipsters.....

Dear Jowmatti

A warm welcome to the forum.

Although on occasion there will be stocks which will double in a month, it is extremely difficult to spot them before hand, if we knew which stocks would double in a month we would soon be billionaires moreover nothing is ever certain in the stock market so we have to diversify by investing small amounts of our money in the stocks we believe have a good chance of appreciating in the future.

Never put all your money in one trade, never risk thy whole wad so to speak, this is imperative to your survival in the markets as nothing is ever certain.

In case your trading account is Rs10000/- please do not invest all of it in any one trade.

Secondly personally I think you're under capitalized although this is debatable, and hence your chances of survival are very slim, you need to increase the size of your trading account to a lakh of rupees at the very least.

Please read some books recommended in the resources section.
Right advise from a senior, marcus thks for holding the torch handed by our seniors.

I couldn't help but finally post my first reply on this forum..

@earthling
HATS OFF !!!
Thanks 'buddinginvestor', but I just reacted on the impulse. Didn't expect such a response. I hope 'ratan' just ends it here. Sorry if I've hurt him. Its just that I felt an innocent guy was being made fun of. All of us were newcomers once and hence I could relate to him. As far as I am concerned I think I'm through with this one and would not like any more discussions on the topic.

PEACE !!!

Dear jowmittai, I am also a new comer to the forum. But please understand a few things about the market. No stock can be predicted to become a multibagger in a month or two. While Mr Marcus has been diplomatic in his reply, Mr Ratan has just shown a down to earth approach, just to make you realise that such a situation is impossible.

Somewhere in the past I had read: the stock market is a place where people with money and people with experience come together. Those with money gain a rich experience by parting with it and those with experience gain the money. Take Mr Ratan's advice as one by which you have been cautioned to be careful with your hard earned money.

I would suggest you to use the time here to learn more about the behaiour of the markets. I have found this forum to have a rich depository of tons of knowledgible posts. Read as much of them as possible and learn their experience first hand. The other route which i mentioned earlier to gain experience, is a very costly process.

Good Luck to you.
