Am looking for an excel tool which would backtest the results based on NR7 trigger. Currently am doing it manually which takes hours of time. will be of great help if you could provide some tools to back test the NR7 strategy.

No, am not a full time trader. I trade whenever time permits. Mostly I make up my time whenever I anticipate any great moves in the market.

Yes. Today broke buy trigger, rose a bit, then declined to close below buy trigger but above sell threshold. Hope it catches fire tomorrow like other pharma names

I do not trade options with NR7 setup since I have burnt my finger heavily if the breakout doesn't happen after i enter a trade.

I always trade on certain list of stocks where my broker provides 10 times leverage.

Can you explain how this leverage setup works? Since you didn't like options, you didn't consider futures?

I was planning to use a straddle or buy individual Call or Put options.

Even I traded with HDFC & TATA MOTORS, exited HDFC after an hour since there was no much movement.

Entered into TATA MOTORS @ 301 when it broke down the NR7 Low, entered into trade after 2:15 PM, but TATA Motors bounced back during the end of the session.

4% loss in today's trade
