bezel is delhi based so u might face problem as sometimes, u have to talk officials there, face to face !!

@athreya Dump icicidirect asap. There are so many far better choices.

Zerodha (based in Bangalore ) uses NSE NOW platform and has same/lower brokerage as bezel. See this http://www.traderji.com/amibroker/57979-best-nifty-strategy-must-read-169.html#post613049.
Anyone trading more than 2 lots per day in total must seriously consider switching to Zerodha. Zerodha has excellent customer support :thumb:.

Seriously man, its real junk i have...somehow i am postponing.. Will switch over to NOW now only ....
