ya, actually yesterday my daughter not slept in morning so i was busy in caring her
Actually u can say that she's good luck for me!
coz i left my job of maths teacher after her birth but now by GOD's grace i m earing double than job but paying half the time.

One thing more if nifty takes much rest around senti level
then its like SLEEPING DRAGON
even single click can move sentiments of traders so keep close eye on macd
and if it whipsaws then DONT TRADE!

for such situations i use standard settings but 5min or 3 min time frame

Oh Maths teacher... Myself highest scorer in negative divergence :lol:... Hence you are so fluent in analyzing these numbers..

Khushi Ji,

One question :
What is the range of divergence should we enter Long or Short. Eg : Divergence is -2 and we enter short, then as you said there could be Whipsaw or viceversa for Long... Do you have any specific divergence numbers in mind or just a combination of Volume, trend etc.

nothin like as such
TREND from options, volumes n simple crossover............. Works fine!
like now open interest of futures n options is down.....
Thats y nifty holding near specific value
I treat MACD as lagging indicator but confirms trend ....... so no need to go in depth of indicator which itself lags

so tug war between trend of options n trend of macd

try to long @ 5115 for 5120

so today macd gave sell signal around 5015* then high volumes @ 5118
then rest @ 5115
then high volumes @ 5111
so finally reach 5083
around 30 points u can add.........

Today it gave buy call @ 5072 then confirmed buy @ 5108
with trgt of 5132
Its like gann levels but more specific.....
