what is technically meant by forex - - trading !
buying one currency to another currency and making profit/loss,
it is running here in mcx you can buy inr-usd and inr-eud with leverage for trading purpose.
then may be it is not forex trading..........


so is there any other phrase like ----foreign forex trading !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know more than this, who do forex may know more and clarify.

best leverage is depending on your strategy and your balance.

either 1:100 or 1:500 will be the best leverage in the eyes of different trades.
