How can I get NIFTY(Spot) EOD & Intraday data into amibroker?

Hi Anayash,

If you have two separate databases for intraday and EOD data then you have to import the data for each separately. You are using GetBhavCopy for EOD. It downloads EOD data directly from NSE and NIFTY is named NSENIFTY in GBC and stored in your database with that name. The RT data you are getting from ManshiRT uses Yahoo RT quotes and NIFTY is named ^NSEI by Yahoo. Therefore it will be stored with that name. If you want to refer to both with a single name NSENIFTY then create an alias name for ^NSEI as NSENIFTY.

ManshiRT saves the RT data directly in its database which you would have created while configuring it while GBC store the downloaded data as text files in the folders which you have designated while configuring it. You have to import this into Ami Broker database using 'Import ASCII' from main menu bar.
