Dear friend, Saivenkat

This not an expert's view, even might not relate to your post's intended query. So take it as a Goofy view:

I don't personally care whether this company's turnover goes from 25000 Cr to 2500000 Cr. I may do intra-day with it, but no long or short-term investings. Reason? I have a deep aversion towards people who use gods and goddess' names for their ventures. It indicates lack of vision and a below par intelligence.

Incidently, to prove my point, there is a useless TV producer woman, the daughter of an equally waste of space in 70s bollywood, who uses the same name as this company for her 'mission' to screw up Indian housewives' brains.

No prize for guessing.

JAI BALAJI INDUSTRIES: A GOOD LONG TERM BET

IMO, its worth buying at dips.. may be if it breaches 190 levels then 130-150 it will stabilize..and i feel it good entering there..

1)The company is going to be a 25000crs turnover company by 2014-15.It ended fy09-10 with a sales of around 1900crs.Well its actually hard to digest the humongous guidance given by the management but I have to go by Mr Aditya Jajodia"s word as he has got a habit of beating his own estimates.

2)The company stunned everyone by recently announcing a mega investment of 16000crs within the next few years.Aggressiveness at its height isnt it?Its market cap is a mere 1300crs but who dares,wins-Proverb should get vindicated.

3)Over the next few months expect the commissioning of power plant, coke oven plant, rolling mills, pallet plant and ductile pipes. The company is doing everything that it can to make itself a company to reckon.A big giant in the making.

4)Jai Balaji, at present is an integrated 1.2 million tpa steel manufacturer. It expects to add 2 million TPA in another 26 months (first phase) and another 5 million TPA in the following 24 months (5 million tonnes steel, 3 million tonnes cement and 1,215 MW power plant in Purulia, for Rs 16,000 crore). So Jai balaji is going to be a 8 million TPA company by 2014-15.At that time it should be the 4th or 5th largest integrated steel company of india. So folks are you going to opt for the next big thing?

Conclusion:Now the last point which should tempt anyone to have a pie of the company-It guided an EBITDA margin of 40% by the next 5-6 years. You can surely calculate 40% of rs 25000crs isnt it?Now do onething more, cut back 20% from the total 40% for taxes, interests, depriciation etc.

Its the most conservative estimate-So whats the figure coming like?Dont tell me 5000crs of profit-750rs EPS....or it so?Steel companies trades at an average PE of 6-18.Now make your own target based on the estimates.

Above all, the experts here, are requested to express their views, than sirf pressing thanks

Regards
Saivenkat

An awesome home in a beautiful place...

Goofy pra lives here... :)
Thanks, bro.

The vantage point, from where I took this picture, is a point on which I stand often while coming up the gate. Not to see the house, but the hills and blue western sky above, and the birds returning home in the evening. And then, gains and losses lose their meaning.

I will post a couple of setting sun pics soon.

Incidently, this cottage is nothing. Let me come to Futures, I have far better visions of my dream cottage. :)

'Pra'? Do you speak punjabi?

One was Masanagudi Forests near Ooty, and the other was Tirupati Arimanu Bandalu forests near Tirupati...

Report: N.Korea deploys missiles near S.Korea border
North Korea has deployed SA-2 surface-to-air missiles near its disputed Yellow Sea border with South Korea, a report said Sunday as a major US-led naval exercise began further to the south.

The missiles appear to be targeting the South's jet fighters flying near the Northern Limit Line which marks the border, Yonhap news agency quoted a government source as saying.

The defence ministry declined to comment on the report.

South Korea and the United States Sunday launched a naval drill far south of the border, where four people were killed and 18 wounded in Tuesday's surprise artillery bombardment by the North of Yeonpyeong island.

The ageing Soviet-designed SA-2 missile has a range of 5-19 miles (8-30 kilometres).

Other missiles on the North's west coast, such as the Samlet and Silkworm with ranges of up to 95 kilometres, have also been put onto launch pads, the source was quoted as saying.
SA-2 are anti-aircraft missiles
Silkworm and Samlet are anti-ship missiles.
