Here is joke for you guys I just remembered:
Bobby Fisher, the chess champion, was looking for a way to reduce his enormous IQ. He finds that an Indian doctor has devised a contraption similar to one used in Total Recall. So, no sooner he comes to India than his head gets hooked to the machine - with SOMI brace also in place, as per Expert Gard's recommendations

Doc says to Bobby: Mr. Fisher it will take about half-an-hour to bring down your IQ to acceptable level from the present 210 or so. So relax, I'll be back in 20 minutes.
Doc goes for a coffee in his rest room. Finds a new pretty nurse there, and forgets Bobby and time as he chats her up.
After a couple of hours suddenly he remembers. Rushes to the machine. Hurriedly pulls all the wires off Bobby's head and asks: Mr. Fisher, Mr. Fisher! Are you all right?
Bobby Fisher looks at him for a second, folds his hands and says: Sat shri Akal!
