So it looks like everybody is happy today, gauhar, sai, SM,PGD...everybody made some bucks....I too got 2K....yesterday was day of puts...Today was day of calls...mornings move was very good for option./.NF traders....5740 - 5840 ...100 points in one go....I was bit late so...got half move...neverthless 2 days in green....still in red overall in december.. hope next week will be good for all of SG gang...

I have a question...

China has just raised its bank's Reserve Requirement Ratio by 0.5%.

Generally, all commodity-related stocks like Sugar, Steel, Copper (Tata Steel, Sterlite, Renuka) would decline because underlying commodities are going to decline for the next few days...

Am I correct in my assessment?

Yeah... Found that my scalping is better than holding when it comes to trading options... Moreover RKG helps... 1 buck is enough for B/E... Look for only 6-7 bucks in just OTM options while scalping (if getting more can not complain but call it quits whenever prices come down 2-3 bucks from the immediate high)... Moreover my impatience doesn't help... Can't sit in front of the screen for long hours and paid price for that several times...

Hi PGD, I also trade in FNO with RKG...but their ODIN is a headache...Quotes freezes frequently....login errors....but brokerage is goooood....Opened account with 70K ,.. 6 months back with them ..maximum I managed to reach is 84 K...afterthat downside only ...Again poured 40K in Oct... now my capital oscillates between 15 K to 30 K... then again back to 15K...so 30K is proving a bit difficult to cross from last 2 months..I am determind to not add any money now...So lets see If I can cross this hurdle this month...earlier I used to buy OTM options with big lots...but now only just ATM with max 2 lots...
