Hi Savant,
Kindly guide for my strategy.
I have entered in RPL at 157 only 300 Shares, and
if it gets to 140 i will add 300 more and average it,
otherwise, i will keep holding it till i get 20-50 Rs. Profit.
I will then hold it and will not average it any further.
Similarly, i have bought REL Capital at 1250 only 50 shares,
and when it goes to at least 100 Rs. Down, that is at 1150
50 more and average it, otherwise, i will keep holding it till
i get 20-50 Rs. Profit.
I will then hold it and will not average it any further.
CERTAIN POINTS :
1. Is averaging a good idea ?
2. Since Nifty has a support at every 100Points, do stocks also have
support ? If yes, how many Rupees ?
3. Is it ok to hedge postion in the stock, for example : Buying RPL in cash
and buying a put also ?
Savant, kindly guide for this strategy or please do add some other points.
Savant i have also observed, the Rel Cap. moves along with nifty or vice versa,
i mean when Nifty goes down or up & Rel Cap. also moves like nifty.
What do you think ?
Awaiting your response,
Thanks & Regards,
Rajat Gupta
