Well there was news in economic times about ACC further increasing its stake in shiva. This fresh buying will take their total holding in shiva beyond 55 %, which means the company has been completely taken over ACC.

the resuly will be that shiva script will be scraped and the share holders will get ACC shares in conversion (equivalent in valuation). Dont know when will that just happen
currently Shiva locked in 5% UC. (20.90 Rs)

looks like this is the next rally. might touch 25-30
Just need to get out of "T group"

I think the target of 70 looks far fetched considering the face value
of the share which is Rs.2.

Now I have some funds and would like to know if it is worth trading in this stock at its current levels...21.9~22

Hi Friend,

A Personal suggestion would be - as you are very new to stock market i would suggest that you should stay a bit away from such risky stocks or often phrased as Penny stocks. As Markets are all time high and penny stocks are on the Rock which is not a real good sign for the beginner investor to enter into...


You should enter into some good and more fundamentally strong scrip. There are many out there if you would study and analyze it will help yourself.

Afterall its a HELP yourself call...
