Reliance Money - Reviews Please

Hi Friends

Recently I have applied for Reliance Money's demat and trading account. I made this choice basing on my friend's suggestion. But, unfortunately here in this forum I find negative views on Reliance Money. However most of the opinions seems to be old (between 2006-2007)

Now, I like to know how presently its performing?

I am a beginner to this share trading. Right now I am doing lot of home work on fundamentals and Technical Analysis, and this forum is found to be a right place for me.

So, please answer few of my queries related to Reliance Money, which I could not find answers through their site.

1. Does it have feature of real time charting, I mean something like Sharekhan's Speedtrade?

2. Does it support alerts?

3. Does it have an option to save charts?

Well, to make it simple

HOW IS CHARTING IN RELIANCE MONEY?

Reliance Money Doesn't Support Amo(after Market Order)
But There Are Times When You Cannot Place Orders Even During The Session, Because Its Server Is Rather Slow And Service Rather Damnshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd class and slow servers.
You will be frustrated and will have a wonderful loss if the server goes down after placing the order (margins).

I faced the server down issue on 24th jan 2008.
The tension and stress was immense.
Its not worth the low lost and low brokerage.
I would rather pay more to have some peace of mind.

Hi Mahesh,
My opinion on Reliance money is positive.
RM provides two types of platform EASYTRADE & INSTATRADE.
EASYTRADE is really very slow.
INSTATRADE provided on request (free). I can trade speedy even on my very slow dial up connection. They gives real time quotes, but doest provide charts.
AMO feature available on instatrade platform.

AMO doesn't work with Reliancemoney. You'll be prompted "AMO orders are not allowed by Administrators"

for Day Trading, Reliancemoney is not worth it. if you do swing trading, or investing.. then reliancemoney is great.

Reliancemoney has become more slower since January. Whenever there is a volatility or market crash or freefall.. Reliancemoney will not respond and instatrade becomes unresponsive.

EasyTrade is the worst trading platform one can use.. Call it UNEasyTrade! most annoying.

NO Charting
NO Price Alerts - except executed trade by SMS
if you want a color change with conditions then it's there in instatrade.
