Created RTD V 1.25. Removed entire code for DeleteTics. RTD will now call old DeleteRT_Tics.exe in new window when button pressed. Delete whatever tics you want and close it. DeleteRT_Tics.exe should be in the same folder.

If you close RTD by clicking Close Button or Exit, then it will check if RTDMan is running. If not, then it will save database and close AmiBroker process also. Not a very elegant solution but it seems to be working.

Users can download and copy both exes into their\RTD\Folder.
@Shankar can create installer.

I have not experienced any icon fade out in this version.

It backfills open database. I checked. Maybe I take you on TV.
I have two intraday databases. Out of them, one is default. When I opened, non-default database and used RTD version 1.24, it did not back fill the database. However default database works flawless for both RTD and backfill. Hence my report.
As I out of station my internet is limited, TV is diificult.
I have just installed 1.24 with out deleting files of 1.23, but overwriting files of 1.23.
If you can explain, where I would have gone wrong, I can try.

I deleted all files in RTD folder and installed 1.25. Now backfill happens for database opened.

i tried but dont know what was issue :confused::confused::confused:
Repair MS Office if you had, if not install it. It will fix the issue,

I know MS Office is not required for RTDMan, but this works for me,

don't know what it does to fix the issue.

Hi Guys,

I have question reagarding RTD filling. Which future contract should we go for to use the backfill. Because as of now there are 3 contract March,April and May. I tried plotting the graph taking all 3 contract as NIFTY_F,NIFTY_F2,NIFTY_F3. All of them are having different graph values because the data table will have different values for same date and time for all 3 contract. So which futures contract should we consider when plotting the future graph. Attached are the graphs for all 3 contract.
