Anantji, a small question about Re-Entry: When we are already in long position and trailing SL by 3 candle swing method; there is a point when TSL is hit and we are out. Now we have squared off the position but the buy setup is still valid; so do we again enter immediately at the next candle?
What is the difference in rules for Fresh Buy & Re-Entry?
Why I am asking this question is that, in a steady uptrend, do we have to take TSL hit seriously when all other parameters are +ve?
Thanks in advance........

Krishna,
The replies are given below:

No, we don't enter on next candle. If the BUY conditions still hold, wait for the price to break above previous swing high.

For Fresh Buy, we need a BUY Trigger. For Re-entry, we need the Buy conditions still holding. A fresh Buy comes only after a Sell Trigger and only once till a Sell is triggered again. A Re-entry comes after TSL Hit, and may come several times before a Sell is triggered, the only requirement is Buy conditions should prevail.

In a steady uptrend, if TSL is hit, either book partial profit or if there are indications that it is a temporary retracement, you can retain the position.
