Petition-RBI Governor: About Bank Charges and other Banking Practices

I just sent the following message to one bank:

Dear HDFC Bank

Here I am informing you that I do NOT want any type of your additional paid service. 

So I am opting out from any and all paid service you are offering without my written consent. This applies to current and all such future paid services.

If you charged me without my consent then I will sue in court.

IMO, everyone should send such messages to their bank.

but if you have signed the documents, most of the time we dont read them (our fault) thn you cannot sue them. for closer of such paid services u need to go and sign closer form. your above letter doesnt not stand valid in court.

i dont have any locker with hdfc i am having it with psu and its free as i have some other services of the same bank

I am enjoying such services with ICICI Bank. That is always termed as Conditions Apply Services.

If we fulfill the conditions for walking on Red Carpet then there will be one for us.. :lol:
