Questions:

1. Lets say NPOC is formed on higher time frame and lower time on the opposite side, which takes precedence?
2. In an uptrend NPOC can form with a green candle or a red candle, how do you treat them? which is important or both same?

market test both and this thing happen only when narrow range.
if you see profile it will like B type.very difficult to trade such days
till now only 49 points may expand after report

How do you position yourself around inventory announcement? You will have a position based on what you've already seen or stay out for sometime till volatility is settled?
