Big difference is AFL is language used for indicator in Amibroker
which make most of code contributor away for Amibroker where else
C++ is used for NT indicator where lot of non-trade / code developer
developing code for NT since C++ is common programming language

Graphic part of nt more features. even NT8 is still more features.
so why many developers are writing code for NT.even trade station is not having these features.Trade station having more scanning.
we have to follow the world traders following.we are fighting with world market traders.we can not fight with stick when opponent having AK47. we must learn how to use AK47, to survive in the market.
so learn and be prepare to fight.
Trading is not child's play, fighting with more intelligent people.
if you not prepared, no body show courtesy to you.
Dont forget it is battle field not play ground , only fittest will be survived.

Agreed and for me much to learn, Understand and digest....
As of now, only baby step... soon commensalism with swimming
