Dear Friends,

Nifty being in range is hovering around 20 days EMA. So, unless the 20 days EMA is not breached with good volumes eitherway will reco. holding Nifty straddle write.

One can also hold Tata Motors 1020 straddle write.

Dear AshPats,

I do not prefer trading in stocks based on news. So, would not like to comment on these.

Dear Nirmit,

You have planned to write naked puts and when market falls puts move very fast, one can hardly get any chance to make an exit in time. Why not plan to write OTM call instead or OTM put.

If you are bullish then, write 2 puts at 5200 and write 1 call at 5600. With SL = Rs 2000/- for this setup.
