Dear Friends,

For the week starting Mon-Fri, R1 = 3700 and S1 = 3500, R1~S1 is outside the range (300.400] so would reco. to trade as per sideways strategy posted in 1st post of this thread.

For seasoned traders will reco. :

a) Write Nifty 3900 call 1 lot atleast
b) Write Nifty 3300 put 1 lot atleast
c) Trade in Nifty futures as per daily res. & supp.

SL for the setup (a) & (b) is Rs 5000/- per lot or as per your risk appetite.

For Nifty Future traders who would like to trade as per trend check strategy posted in 1st post of the thread, Nifty levels for tomorrow are as under:

Resistence at 3645
Support at 3485

If you go short 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money call and if you go long 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money put to hedge. Reco. to trade as per trend strategy posted in 1st post of this thread.

Yesterday for the 1st time done paper trd as per ur thread 1 & profited 1000 after all exp. I quote trades for ur comment pl. Short PO of R1 (3700) @220 (11.30am),235 (12.30), 252 (13.30), 250 (15.00) & sq off @ 248 (15.15). Avg Buy 239.25*80. Could I do better? If so HOW. Pl note I'm old trader but new for F&O with STRATEGY. Very happy & wish to follow regular basis. Thanks & Regards.

did u try correctly for today ... say carried a long today .. inspite off yesterday was a short ...and so were u on the right side today ?

Ghosh ji ... just wanted to know if this strategy works most of the times or .. u face some hard days when this plan falls off ..

Dear SM,

You need to trade with intra day strict SL =20-30% or hedge by 50% by EOD if you intended carry your position next day.

Paper trading should be done with the same sentiments as real trade and then, only you will feel the diff.

Ghosh ji .. Ur sideways trend strategy worked for this week as i was tracking it for Monday (Nifty Down) : Tuesday (Nifty UP) : Wednesday (Nifty Down) .
thanks for ur views and the Support REs data daily ..

Can u also comment on whether we can consider the views given in CNBC TV for our trades ?
