Thanks for your appreciation of my little program. I 'm glad you find it usefull. Tick data is not provided for free if it is I will have to find out about that before I can program that and get tick data!!

I know one free software which provide tick data & its name is csoft marketwatch .Any1 can download this easily.Hope it'll help you in your new inventions. :thumb:

I have made a program in VB to download EOD Bhavcopies and Indice data and also to download previous Bhavcopies and Indice data given a selected period. If anyone is interested in having a look at it or need such a program download it from here! Please give me some feed back I would appreciate it very much.

Here is the down-loader with 12 years historical NSEl date updated till Feb 2013. Just abstract all files in a folder and run exec file to start simplensedownloader.
