create your own login name and give a valid email id. Password will be sent to your email address. Use that to login and then you can download the software.

you can log in nsetracker site and for all kind of installation error, i have provided a solution.
Click here.
Here you will see "Common error seen during installation: DLL registration failed. To solve this issue install this file." click on install to download it. It should fix your issue.
