Its a cat on a wall like situation.
May be clear by eod.

IMO, its 65:35 probability in favour of up:down move.
Some hurdles on up side, if clears, then a strong move is there on up side.

and within minutes of this post DOW started moving up after clearing hurdles on the up side. And after a strong up move as anticipated, closed at the high of the day
