Dear sir,
My relative is in capstone securities pvt. ltd. and he is saying his salary more than 50k.(since last 1 year)
I also want to join this company but after reading all this reply form other members capstone is not reliable for huge salary growth.
is it correct to having 50k salary within year? and
how much i can gain salary package after two years?
i think there is something wrong.
pl. must reply.
Well I read all the posts saying all negative things about Capstone long time back. But I never wanted to enter into an argument defending Capstone. The reason being that none of the points raised by other members of traderji were prudent enough to be given an answer. But now, I think I should reply to those comments.
First of all the salary is in two parts, fixed and variable(payout). The fixed component is 8000 rupees. This does not mean that the salary is Rs. 8000. The variable component varies from few tens of thousands to few lakhs. However, in the first year one should not dream about getting fat paychecks. Based upon the feedback I got from the people currently working there, in the first year on an average performance one should not dream of getting anything more than 3.5-4 lacs. In the second year the renumeration is somewhere between 7-10lacs. The third year has usually been observed as year of exponential growth, where the remuneration has usually been observed to be somewhere between 50-70 lacs. For traders with 5 years experience the remuneration is in multi-crores. But very few are able to survive that long.
But please be cautious, the attrition in the company is very high. We are told that from a batch of 71 not more than 15-20% would survive more than 1 year. Some will runaway, some will resign and some will be fired.
One thing which is observed is that the people who said all the negative thing didnot ask prudent questions before forming an opinion about Capstone.
Except for 1 member no one asked about the amount of capital provided by Capstone to traders. No one asked me what is the average return usually generated by traders on a monthly basis.
Some were so foolish that they thought that the fixed component is the salary. Let me tell you something, no one in Capstone works for the fixed component. Everyone is interested in the payouts.
But as a word of caution in the first year no one should think about making huge money, but should dedicate oneself to learning how to trade.
Some people mentioned about FuturesFirst. In our batch there is one guy who had worked for FuturesFirst for 5 years as a trader. He usually generated a profit of around $20000, but he was paid a meager payout of 45000 rupees and a fixed component of also 45000 rupees. In capstone you get 70% of the the profits, which can be increased upto 90% based upon performance and experience. Capstone rewards performers in a big ways and punishes the non-performers in a big way......
I am open to further question!!!!! Keep firing........
