Raj bro, sorry for your loss. Everybody who is born, has to die, and there is no exception to the rule. Eveyone's time on earth is written, and cannot be changed nor extended even for a second. Steve Job was a billionaire Raj bro.... His cancer was only an excuse.... His time was up.....

There was another billionaire (don't want to take his name) who had troubled a lot of his empolyees. He died of a simple heart attack even though he was admitted to the care of the best doctors and best hospital money could buy.

Only we have to be glad if the person has lived a good life, for then the soul is free of its burden, and is now in a much happier place. (my personal belief)

Have seen a bit of life.... Somethings left me wondering....

One person died when a brick fell on his head while entering a famous multistorey building in Mumbai. When I read this, made me to wonder, 1,000s of people pass thru this building, but why this person? May be his time had come.

Another story I read last month. A support barge in Nigeria overturned and sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Everybody died, except one person, who was trapped in an air bubble.... He was rescued after some 30 hours by divers, the next day.....

Life is mysterious. It is a gift. We are here for a purpose..... This I am sure. Can write more..... But bro, I too am drinking - but milk :)

Maybe we can start a discussion in general thread about life's strange and mysterious personal encounters and what impression it left on us....

Take care Raj bro.

One of the best post in my thread.......This kind of answer I was looking for.........@DSM .....being a science graduate I know....
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first, the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything

I am big fan of shake spears............The above quotation has several meanings. First, and most simply, it means we all have roles to play. We like to think we are independent, and that we choose how we act, but in reality, we are acting according to scripted roles.
Second, in context, the line refers to the fact that we (as humans) go through stages in life. We make entrances onto the stage (we're born), play a role (baby, child, etc.), and then exit (die).
Third, it points out how we like to make ourselves feel important, but from some perspectives, our pain, however real to us, is just entertainment to others watching. A pessimist view, no?
