These two words make me laugh also everytime I see them or read about them. I often wonder how these two words got coined

Me trying to panic no one, and also no one panic me

I am using similar method to build position, I trade a system on swing time frame
and add to long position by 'buy on dips' and 'sell on rise' to add to short position.
But never trade against the direction shown by my system.
On reversals i take the stop loss and start trading the other direction.

That is the reason I am interested in seeing how you are managing these trades.
