Judiciary ( particularly higher judiciary of High Courts and Supreme Courts) and Armed Forces are two institutions which are less corrupt comparatively and the country is surviving because of these two. When these two fail to perform, there will be anarchy.

Dear ST Bhai sorry that i disagree ...the above statement we in India corruption stands at first from the top to bottom....u said it less corrupt ....our democracy is like Demo Crazy and we have LOOP HOLES every were in our laws so any one with money and power will just escape ....

My personal view : Judiciary here has one BIG drawback : they do not seem to agree that : Justice delayed is justice denied !
Justice is delayed here but not denied ! There are glaring examples like Sanjay Dutt ! In line are Salman Khan, Asaram Bapu etc. What normally happens is that the people who are to present the cases before the judiciary are corrupted by Money or other powers !
My opinion : Government may not fear the general Public but fears the judiciary !
