Good to know Mastertrader 007, and look forward to your thread. Once it gets going, will add in my own thoughts as well.

Yes, I did read your stock recos. What is considered attractive and with good intrinisic value at current price, will be available at more attractive prices when the Nifty corrects. This scenario is likely as per technical charts. I have bailed out of all long positional holdings in Dec. a bit ahead of the peak, but then who can time the market.?

The international scenario is not good. Cyprus is the new Greece. Italy will be the next Cyprus. The Fed printing press is pushing the DOW higher. Once the bond buying stops, and liquidity ceases, US stock will correct heavily, leading to correction in other indices as well, and Nifty included.

So long term investing for the moment is on hold as good buys now can trigger SL and will then be a good-bye. :) Better to wait and watch and see how the game unfolds.

That's a good idea DSM, I'l start a thread that in the format of manish ji has started. Mean while have you read my stock recos?

NOIDATOLL is a defensive stock IMO, It stands pretty steady in a falling market. Their loan is about to get over so they will show better profits in a few years. Dividend is reasonable @ 4.75% Over all its just a road and people pay to use it. How simple can it get? Financials are solid too. No doubt this is a good long term buy.

GUJRATGAS has seen a sharp correction from 300 levels and IMO it is unjustified. In "mota-mota" sense it is a good cos. Il comment more after extensive research. Good all round figures. IT HAS A SWEETHEART DIVIDEND!! IDC if i dont see much growth in this. With div. compounded it can be a good income generator. And right now might be a good price too buy it. And you just made the deal even better by telling me rangarajan thing. If that happens this could shoot through the roof as valuation will be too cheap to resist.

ITC only one word for this. ADDICTION. Cigs are addictive. And in india even kids can get hooked on it, cigs have amazing brand loyalty. Easily available, Cheap, Legal and Addictive. If you get this at a good valuation i.e. right now. You got yourself a pretty epic deal! (I know im immoral mwahahaha!)

How are you ascertaining intrinsic value? Because in fundamental analysis most difficult part is intrinsic value. Because it is a subjective concept. :):thumb:

IF CRUDE starts trading below 5070 its can go upto 4925. But for today we have to keep eye on levels- 5031(200 ema) as support,5008 (kelter band lower range), 4986/4973.
Pivot level I will post on market opening.Instead shorting crude in day time wait for some dip- near 5050-5030. As seems good support in ichimoku, 200 ema.Oversold in hourly chart of nymex. So better wait keep sl of 5030 as you stop. Seems weak but cautiously have to make strategy at right time. It is just view for day. Real timing of taking trade if possi I will post.
At Nymex
PV-93.7. S1/2/3-92.81/92.14/91.25 R1/2/3-94.37/95.26/95.93.Stoplosses though deeper but must to protect fro big losses in case of any geopolitical tension.

Have a nice day:):thumb:
