Low Risk Low Returns- Target 50 NF per month per NF Lot

one possible suggestion

Buy back PE59, Sell PE57 x 2 or x 1.5
Similarly rollover CE to SP-100 and add 50% qntity

my view is when playing short side of the option one should not hold beyond -100 points into the money
so effectively 60/60 short straddle should be out or maybe just the put side should have been stopped out @ 5890

Happy :)

Well, I have placed a volatility SL. Which triggered today.

CEs will be left untouched. PEs covered.

Strategy should be only one entry every month.

Entering the trade on settlement day, selling call and put.

January Settlement closing say 6030, just see February Series Call and Put 6000 or 6100. Add the premium, if premium is 279 and above then sell, we should cover the same in the end of the next expiry.

I will post more information how to protect, if either call or put going one side above our selling price ! ! ! ! !

July 2011 to July 2012, file enclosed.

Hi Rish

In july series today Call strike 5600 and put strike 5700 had total of 277. A/c to your strategy there is no trade below 279; am right ? or is there any trade? How we protect our trade if market goes one direction?

if there is any trade then which should be short 5600 pe/ce or 5700 pe/ce ?

Thank's

As per my understanding Rish said the total premium of same Strike Price.

either we can 5600 Ce+ 5600 PE
or 5700PE+5700CE

Both cases below 278

So there is no Trade this month:cool:

With the help of Raj, OT and their thread I hv been able to put together a small set of rules to trade NF options.

Will put them to test as I see a setup.

The objective will be to sell option pair and hold till expiry.
