Please avoid 'sir' please.........TJ is one of the best for any newbie...you can start with saint's "teach me how to fish..." thread.....its one of the best thread for newbie...this thread which changed me from a normal trader ....also there are many threads which helps ...ex.,smart trade(ST da),raghav,aw10 ,SH,Karthik.....many more
